At Roam Storage, we take pride in offering high-quality, custom-built items tailored to your specifications. As our products are built to order, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged. We encourage customers to carefully check compatibility and specifications before placing an order.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not have a standard return policy. If you receive a defective or damaged item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to notify us for a resolution.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@roamstorage.com.au. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable goods: Food, flowers, or plants
  • Custom products: Special orders or personalized items
  • Personal care goods: Beauty products
  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have questions regarding the eligibility of a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

To ensure you receive the item you want, please return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

If a return is approved due to defects or damage, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@roamstorage.com.au.
