Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Roam Storage. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Time

  • All orders are custom-built and take up to 10 business days to be dispatched.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, dispatch times may be extended. We will notify you via email or phone if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 2 hours of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Roam Storage is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

  • Roam Storage is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

  • We currently do not ship outside Australia.
